Pitoresc village of Crete, we arrived late for lunch and it was quiet.The Chef was very very welcoming and the service flawless. The portions were huge and tasted excellent. As the Chef sayed: Big Chef, Big portions and tasty food.Thank you for your hospitality.

Adonis, is the super friendly owner of this small town cafe. He is always happy and ready to have a short talk and some fun! He is also able to recommend some nice things to see or do in the vicinity and everybody knows him. If you're in the neighbourhood, don't miss this cosy terras, you will always gt mezze with your wineor beer ,despite the very low prices!

Local food, very tasty... I recommend it if you like to try yummy and authentic cretan food... The prices are very resonable and afordable concerning the big portions and taste. The owner and staff are extreme welcoming and friendly.

Absolute insider tip. About 15 minutes before you reach the hippie caves in Matala you will find this restaurant on the right-hand side. Here you can get real Cretan food. You will be welcomed here very warmly, almost like a family. There is no menu here, just what you just did for lunch. You can simply switch off here, enjoy the food and the peace and quiet. Sensational!

Wow just absolutely amazing, the views are stunning, I had some Calamari which was delicious and my partner had the Lamb which was falling off the bone. The ambiance was just fantastic. Definitely worth a visit xx
